This water pressure reducer reduces the pressure of the water supply or a water pump to minimize the risk of flooding in a henhouse. The water inlet is made by a female garden hose adapter and the outlet by a "barbell" type adapter on which a hose can be inserted 1/4" (#2390). The maximum water flow rate is 30 gallons (136 litres) per hour. To ensure the proper operation of this pressure reducer, it is important that the water is not hard to prevent it from blocking.
