Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of products and services by Ranch Cunicole (“Ranch Cunicole”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through its website and any other sales channels. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Ranch Cunicole reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time the Order is confirmed by Ranch Cunicole shall apply to that Order.

Definitions

"Customer" means any individual or entity purchasing products from Ranch Cunicole.
"Products" means any goods sold by Ranch Cunicole, including but not limited to cages, equipment, accessories, and replacement parts.
"Order" means any purchase request submitted by the Customer and accepted by Ranch Cunicole.

Payment terms

Orders are payable before shipment unless the customer has a special agreement. Past due invoices will be billed a 2% per month administrative charge.  

Price

All prices on this website are in Canadian dollars. Quantity prices can be provided on request.

Minimum order amount

There is no minimum order amount.

Shipping

Transportation costs are at the customer's expense from our plant in St-Hyacinthe. The fees displayed on the site are estimates that are mostly correct, but some changes may be made after the order has been sent. In case of problems, please contact info@ranchcunicole.com or (450) 799 5170.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, it's generally impossible for us to ship to a PO Box. Therefore, we need a complete physical address to ship your order. If we only have a PO Box number, we may ship your order to a hold for pickup location near you.

When a customer specifically requests that their order be shipped without a signature (for example, by asking them to leave the parcel outside their door), the customer is responsible for any loss of the parcel once it has been delivered.

Shipping delay

Most orders placed before 11 am EST are shipped the same business day. Larger orders or orders requiring the manufacture of an item are usually shipped within 3 working days.

Please note that these shipping times are only an average for most regions and are not guaranteed. Contact us if you want a more precise shipping delay for your order. Express shipping is also available if required - please contact us if you would like to get a quote.

*These delays are for package shipment only. Larger orders shipped on a pallet may have a different shipping delay.

Exportation

Unfortunately, we do not yet sell outside Canada. Any request to create an account from outside the country will automatically be refused. 

The products sold by Ranch Cunicole are made for use in Canada only. Ranch Cunicole will not be held accountable and assumes no responsibility for the use of products outside of Canada. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable for their intended use and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in their jurisdiction. 

Incomplete order

The availability of the material on the website may, in some rare cases, not reflect the inventory we have. If an order is placed with items that are unavailable, you will be notified by email or telephone. Ranch Cunicole may not be held responsible for any fees or damage that occurs because of an unavailable item.
As soon as the material is available, we will contact you for your instructions on this subject. However, incomplete orders are very rare.

Special order

A 25% deposit is required for special orders. The balance of the payment will be made before delivery. However, we recommend that you call (450) 799-5170 to be sure of your special order specifications.

Damage

All our orders are inspected before leaving Ranch Cunicole. You must check your order upon receipt and indicate any damage on the carrier's delivery note. Transport damage is the responsibility of the carrier and must be reported promptly to the carrier. Any other damage or delivery error must be reported to Ranch Cunicole within 3 days of receipt.

Failure

Ranch Cunicole's liability for a defective part is limited to the repair or replacement of the part, depending on the warranty, following a proof of purchase. Any return of defective merchandise is only made with the authorization of Ranch Cunicole. We honour the original manufacturer's warranties where applicable. Ranch Cunicole reserves the right to refuse a replacement or a repair if it is considered that the failure is due to misuse, a modification of the product or any reason that is not due to a manufacturing problem. Ranch Cunicole shall not be responsible for damages or losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow recommended usage guidelines

Return

Any return of merchandise within 30 days of receipt is creditable after verification by Ranch Cunicole. Credit for returned goods only applies if they are new. Obsolete, dirty, stained, bumpy, corroded goods or any products that cannot be resold, at the sole discretion of Ranch Cunicole, will not be credited. We are committed to refunding products within 48 business hours of receiving the merchandise, less shipping costs when applicable.

Dispute

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Quebec. Subject to applicable consumer protection legislation, any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought before the competent courts of the judicial district of Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec.

These Terms and Conditions are available in French and English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the French and English versions, the French version shall prevail.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ranch Cunicole shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of production, loss of business, or loss of use, arising from the use or inability to use the Products. In all cases, Ranch Cunicole’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Products giving rise to the claim.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
