This pressure reducer reduces the pressure of the water supply or a water pump to minimize the risk of flooding in a hen house. The water inlet is made by a female garden hose adapter and the outlet by a "barbillon" type adapter on which a 5/16" hose can be inserted (#651). The maximum water flow rate is 30 gallons (136 litres) per hour.
