ALL-PURPOSE KNIFE: The Yardbird® Poultry Processing Knife is your go-to knife for poultry processing or butchering. The 3 ½” blade length makes it ideal for sticking, bleeding, eviscerating and parting of chickens, turkeys, and other types of upland birds and waterfowl.
RIGID, YET FLEXIBLE BLADE: A 440C high-carbon stainless steel blade with a heat-treated finish means the blade will maintain its sharp edge when up against bone—yet is flexible to help make delicate and precise cuts.
DUAL CUTTING-EDGE TIP: Both sides of the tip are honed to a razor-sharp point letting you plunge cut with confidence and ease.
