The Dexter DDS-10PCP Sani-Safe® Knife Sharpener has a 10-inch steel that is coated with diamond dust to allow it to sharpen blades by removing the steel and sharpening the edge. This 2-in-1 tool restores sharp factory edges with a light touch or creates new cutting edges by applying a little extra pressure to remove material. Specifications include microcrystalline industrial diamonds for fast sharpening and an oval shape to provide maximum sharpening surface. The safety when sharpening the blades is provided by the finger guard. The 5-inch handle is made of textured polypropylene to resist slippage for a safe and secure grip. It is also easy to clean.
